Tribute to Bahubali at Lalbagh Flower Show

Flower shows are conducted in Lalbagh every year during the week of Republic Day and Independence Day.
The 88th Mahamastakabhisheka of Shravanabelagola will be conducted in the month of February this year. And hence the Flower show at Lalbagh this year will create a replica of the Gomateswara Statue and pay tribute to the Bahubali. 15 ft statue of Bahubali on Indragiri hill will be erected inside the glass house using 2 lakh flowers.

Flower shows in lalbagh are conducted to educate people about the variety of plants and develop a habit of planting trees and conserving them. There will be over 100+ stalls in lalbagh for selling plants.
